Counselling services in Jyväskylä: Keski-Suomen Yritysidea

In Jyväskylä, free advice on starting a business is provided by Keski-Suomen Yritysidea. On their website, you will find a guide to starting a business and instructions on how to book a personal counselling appointment, among other things. K-S Yritysidea's experts are happy to spar with you on your business idea (Ideanappi service). K-S Yritysidea also actively organises various training and networking events. Don’t hesitate to sign up!

Nationwide counselling services: My Enterprise Finland and Job Market Finland 

As a new entrepreneur, you can also take advantage of the national services offered by Job Market Finland and My Enterprise Finland. My Enterprise Finland is a service provided by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, which offers a wide range of free materials and telephone advice related to business planning (price: local network charge/mobile charge). The service will be renewed and merged into Job Market Finland during 2023.

The Job Market Finland is a website provided by TE Services that serves both private customers and companies. On the website, you can find instructions for setting up a business and information on entrepreneurship training offered by TE Services, for example.

Entrepreneurial networks 

There are several business organisations in the Jyväskylä region where you can get to know other entrepreneurs in the region, share your thoughts and find like-minded people to accompany you on your entrepreneurial journey.

Examples of suitable networks for new entrepreneurs include Jyväskylä Entrepreneurs, Central Finland Chamber of Commerce and JES for student entrepreneurs.
